An ATM is located on the first floor in the main hospital building next to the cafeteria entrance.

Chaplaincy Services
A minister is available through a volunteer chaplaincy program. If you do not have a minister and are in need of spiritual or emotional counseling, ask your nurse to contact a chaplain on the volunteer list. PACRMC provides an all-faith meditation room for prayer or quiet meditation. The meditation room is located near the elevators in the main lobby.
Gift Shop

Lost and Found
If you lose an item while at the hospital, call 625-3181.
Internet
Access to Wi-Fi internet is available to all patients and visitors on 3rd & 4th Floors East, 2nd Floor, Same Day Surgery waiting area, and Emergency Department waiting area.
Mail and Flower Delivery
Mail and flowers are delivered each day. Someone will be happy to open and read your mail to you if you need assistance. Outgoing mail may be given to the nurses’ station. Postage stamps are available at the information desk in the main lobby of the hospital.
Notary Public
A Notary Public is available, free of charge. Dial ext. 3121, 3114, or contact a nurse for assistance.
ADA/Special Services
Whenever possible, we provide assistance for those needing special services. Patients who have difficulty reading, speaking English, or who need other assistance will be accommodated to the best of our ability. TDD/TTY telecommunications devices for the deaf are available upon request. Please contact your nurse for more information.
Cafeteria and Vending
The cafeteria is located on the first floor near the main entrance of the hospital. Meals are served at the following times: Breakfast 6:30 a.m. - 8:00 a.m. Lunch 11:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. Dinner 5:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. (M-F only)
Vending machines are located on the first floor of the hospital past the main elevators.
Rest Rooms
Rest rooms are located in the main lobby near the Information Desk and adjacent to most public waiting lounges and areas.
Patient Representative
If you have questions or concerns about our policies or services, or any complaints concerning the hospital or care you received, a patient representative is available 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, at 625-3446.
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited on hospital grounds. Visitors may smoke in their vehicles.
Telephones
Public telephones can be found at the following locations throughout the facility: main lobby/first floor, second floor, third floor, fourth floor, and Emergency Department.
Telephones are located in all patient rooms. Dialing instructions:
-Hospital Operator: Dial “0” -Local Calls: Dial 9 (wait for dial tone), then dial the local number. -Long Distance: Dial “0” and an operator will assist you. Calls must be either collect, credit card or billed to a third party. -800 Numbers: Dial 9 + 1 + 800 + number -Family and friends may call directly by dialing 625 + 3 + room number.
The Daily Brew
The Daily Brew is a full service gourmet coffee shop located in the Same Day Surgery waiting area. Sandwiches and assorted bakery items are available. Special orders are welcome. For more information call 625-3752.
