It is becoming popular for friends, associates and family members to remember a loved one through a memorial gift to Pattie A. Clay Foundation.  The tradition of sending flowers in memory of a departed friend or loved one is giving way to a new tradition of giving a donation to Pattie A. Clay Foundation in their honor. For those who have benefited from hospital services during their life time, it is a fitting tribute which also affirms the importance of quality health care.
 

One donor summed up the philosophy of memorial giving like this: "Daddy was always interested in the hospital and recognized that having a good health care system is vital to having a vibrant community.  He supported the hospital throughout his life.  We thought it was appropriate to honor that support after his death.”
