The Nursing House Supervisors provide ongoing 24hour/day clinical and administrative support to the clinical patient care units and support services in conjunction with the management staff and hospital administration. This department participates allocation of beds for patients based on the patient's needs, assisting in allocation of staff for patient care units, responding to emergencies and special patient needs. Staff is also a resource pool for education and clinical guidance. This department reports directly to Vice President, Chief Nursing Officer.
