The Pattie A. Clay Foundation Pro-Am Classic Golf Tournament is Richmond’s premier golf event. The tournament is like none other in the state of Kentucky, and each year attracts Kentucky’s top professional golfers and amateur players.
The Pro-Am classic annually raises over $30,000 for health care services at Pattie A. Clay Regional Medical Center. Since 2000, the Pro-Am has contributed more than $400,000 to the endowment fund.
Sponsorship opportunities are available at all levels and are an excellent way to promote your business while supporting quality health care.

- Each team includes one professional and three amateur golfers, chosen by the tournament sponsors. Amateurs benefit from the opportunity to learn golf techniques from some of Kentucky’s best professional golfers.
- Largest single day tournament purse for Kentucky’s pro golfers (estimated $10,000)
- Pros and amateurs paired together in a “best two balls” playing format
- Presenting Sponsor: Sword, Floyd & Moody, PLLC
- Several contests for both the pros and amateurs, including closest to the pin; a putting contest; and longest drive for amateaurs. Professionals plays for eight places, skins, and putting
- Prizes are awarded to the low amateur and three team prizes are awarded.
