In-kind Gifts
Donors may choose to provide non-cash, tangible
personal property (in-kind) gifts to Pattie A. Clay Foundation. These typically
fall into two primary types of gifts:
- Items which may be productively used by the
hospital or foundation such as vehicles, medical equipment, computer hardware
and software, medications, food and beverages, etc.
- Items which are not immediately useful for the
foundation in their given state, such as real estate, jewelry, antiques,
artwork, furniture, etc. Such gifts will typically be converted to cash
and deposited into the Pattie A. Clay Foundation endowment fund or otherwise
used according to donor interests.
The foundation reserves the right to accept or
decline any proposed in-kind donation.
