For every $5 donation you make, you will earn one raffle ticket.

Winner has the option of the ring or $5,000 cash.

Drawing will be held at the PACA Ball June 19th.

Things to Remember

• Your donation must in in $5 increments
• On-line donations will not be accepted after 12 p.m. (noon) on Friday, June 18.
• If you are making the donation in honor of someone other than the cardholder, please list the name "in honor of"
